Ater’s Food Truck was born on the idea that everyone deserves all-American comfort food handmade with love.
Ater’s namesake comes from the first initials of our founder’s children: Ava, Thalia, Ella, and Rylan. We didn’t just name this place after our children as a cute gimmick – we did it because we truly hope Ater’s becomes part of your family for generations to come.

We’ve realized that some people find it surprising how much they like their food from a food truck. But our surprise is a good thing!
Originally, we thought it would be called Ater’s Taters but changed our minds when we realized the Smash Patty was the star of our menu. We removed “taters” from our name, but we still have a delicious Ater’s Taters meal. You NEED to try them!

You’ve never had burgers like these. We didn’t invent the wheel when it comes to smash burgers, but it feels like we did.
We wanted to create a menu where anyone could find something they would enjoy. Our truck has already served thousands of customers and we continue to work hard to maintain our reputation as one of the premier food trucks in the area.
